This notice explains how Smartionix Group Private Limited operates Sauda Kar and uses information supplied by marketplace members. Contact us before using the service if you have questions.

Active marketplace ads may show a green or red online-status dot. This reflects whether the advertiser has the marketplace page open and visible. A lost connection can take up to 45 seconds to show offline; this status does not reveal location or browsing history.

Information we collect

• Account details: your individual or business name, email, mobile number, account type, city, state and PIN; a business GSTIN if supplied; and your password in derived, hashed form; and order payment-policy acknowledgements, their version/text/time and the registered payer name and account type.
• Marketplace and billing details: ads, item specifications, prices, availability, delivery arrangements, addresses required for fulfilment, and reviewed billing/tax details for invoices.
• Orders and support: purchases, bank transfer references you report, payment/settlement confirmations, disputes, messages within order chat, notifications and invoice records. Do not put passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents in chat.
• Security and operation records: sign-in attempt counters, session identifiers stored as hashes, account restrictions, per-account ad limits, membership-payment UTRs and bank-receipt approval records, administrative audit records, and aggregate page/search counts. Our hosting provider processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to maintain your account, display and match ads, fulfil orders, communicate with counterparties, prepare invoices where authorised, review reported transfers, handle disputes, prevent abuse, meet record-keeping duties and keep the website reliable. A marketplace approval or automated risk flag is not a government identity verification.

What other members can see

Public ads show the advertiser’s chosen display name, product/service details, rate, availability and locality/city/PIN. Keep street addresses and personal contact details out of public descriptions. Full delivery addresses are kept off public ads and are shared with the accepted seller only after Smartionix verifies receipt of payment. Accepted order participants receive other information needed for delivery and support. Order chat is visible to the buyer, seller and authorised Smartionix support staff. Seller fee invoices, internal notes and settlement deductions are not shown to buyers.

Cookies and local storage

The hosted site uses an essential, HttpOnly session cookie for sign-in. Customer sessions normally last up to seven days; new administrator sessions have a shorter duration. Signing out revokes the current session. The portable local preview is separate and can store its test accounts and progress in that browser. Aggregate website activity is recorded without an advertising profile. We do not use advertising trackers.

Optional device location

Location suggestions run only after you select Use my location and grant browser permission. Rounded coordinates are sent through our server to Photon / OpenStreetMap to suggest state, city and PIN. They are held briefly in a memory cache, not saved as a precise location history. You can decline location access and type or edit your address.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Photon / OpenStreetMap provides optional location suggestions. Google Fonts supplies typefaces; the browser contacts Google to retrieve those files. A transactional email provider will receive recipient addresses and invoice content only if that service is configured and enabled; automated email is currently unconnected. Relevant order information is shared with the other party and delivery provider to perform the requested service. We may disclose records for lawful requests, fraud investigations or dispute resolution. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in locations outside India; the service does not promise India-only storage.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords, session protections and audit records. These safeguards do not make the service immune to attack. Downloaded administrator backups are encrypted using the backup password chosen by the administrator; protect that password separately. Never email us your password or OTP.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while needed to provide the service and support orders. Invoice, transaction, fraud and dispute records may need to be kept for applicable legal requirements or unresolved claims. We do not promise immediate deletion of shared order or statutory records. Request correction, access, account closure or deletion at info@smartionix.com. We may ask for proportionate proof that you own the account. A deletion request is not permission to erase another party’s records.

Your choices and complaints

You can edit information before submitting it, decline location permission, sign out, and contact us to correct or close your account or raise a privacy concern. Send privacy and grievance requests to info@smartionix.com with the relevant order number, without including passwords or complete banking credentials. We will explain what information can be provided, corrected or deleted and what must be retained. A named grievance officer and applicable response arrangements must be confirmed before unrestricted public launch.

Age and updates

The marketplace is intended for adults and authorised business representatives. Do not register if you are under 18. Material policy changes will be published here with a new version date; consent-dependent changes may require a new choice.
